Budgenista slash makeup lover.

Your typical girl who loves the girly things: makeup, and more makeup! I am constantly in search of affordable makeup- that gets the job done and works its magic. With all the weird "price hikes" the world is experiencing today- I still won't give up on makeup! :P

Kikay On A Budget

Feeling good about yourself doesn't mean burning a hole in your pocket.

My "Excuse Letter" for being tardy.

Tuesday, April 22, 2008

Dear Sir:

I apologize for being late again today. I was already preparing for work at around 12:00 p.m. and I used this for the first time:
It's my s5 mineral primer. And while I was putting it on, all the while I was thinking,"What the-?", because I couldn't believe what was happening. My skin felt like a baby's (felt,OK,I know I'm not flawless),and I had to stop myself from touching it because it felt soooooo uber smooth. It was magic in a 5g.bottle.And, take note, only a teeny, tiny bit goes a long, long, long, long waaaaayyyy. Then I let it stay on my skin for a few minutes as I applied lotion on my body, then after that,I started to apply this:

It's my foundi-stay in neutral light medium, and I applied it first on my, erm, bakokang. After that, I used a blush brush to apply it now on my whole face. And I couldn't believe that my pores were smaller and my face looked kinda better than it was without primers. And then I applied my prettiest-pink blush (was a freebie in a sample baggie), and I was amazed again. The color was so natural. It was amazing! And when I first examined the container of my foundi-stay,it was really filled up,as in punong-puno (well, with the exception of the space made for the sifter!) I hope I get understood at this part because somehow I'm having a lapse in my English.Harhar. And,sir, I forgot to mention that my foundi-stay and the blush looked oh-so creamy.Sigh.So Icould not stop looking at the mirror after I applied makeup.Bare naturals is so uhhhmaaaazziiiinngg!!!! But, sir, my favorite of them all was the s5 primer. Maybe I could get one for your wife, then we'd call it quits,eh?

Sincerely Yours,
Pauline
