Budgenista slash makeup lover.

Your typical girl who loves the girly things: makeup, and more makeup! I am constantly in search of affordable makeup- that gets the job done and works its magic. With all the weird "price hikes" the world is experiencing today- I still won't give up on makeup! :P

Kikay On A Budget

Feeling good about yourself doesn't mean burning a hole in your pocket.

My Ever Bilena Advance Smooth Eyes.

Thursday, June 5, 2008

Wow, that's a mouthful! :P

So, here's a closer look of what I bought recently from my last week's loots:

Looks like a pen!

And then there were two.
The soft applicator. Just twist the pen until the product comes out.

Swatches:

With flash. ( Top: Golden look, Bottom: Olive Green)

Under natural lighting.

Ever Bilena says: This waterproof formula, having a soft- touch gliding applicator applies evenly and quick to dry. Giving you a powdery finish that is ultra comfortable and non- sticky feel.

Pauline says: Yay! Perfect for eye makeup dorks like me! It's like I'm drawing on my lids. It's creamy, glides on smoothly, and there's no sticky feeling at all. Probably this should be used with a great primer, maybe like UDPP, because it did not withstand the major oiliness of my lids. I think that's called creasing? Anyway. Who am I to speak, I'm sooo clueless about eye makeup application? :P

yes, you're right sab! hahaha! :P makeup is really pretty, but sometimes it's frustrating how to put it on! i have no idea on:

blending like 3-5 different colors of e/s;

contouring the nose;

contouring the cheeks (like huh? cheeks ARE contoured???)

:P
