Welcome to this-ahem-blog about being kikay, but on a budget (lol,pretty obvious on the blog name). Being pretty and all that jazz doesn't mean girls have to constantly burn a hole in their pockets. So, this is my diary about my quest for great kikay finds that are very affordable.
